     Welcome to our site! Our names are David and Felecia, and we are the owners of  Island Creek Photography.  We are  photographers of fun and awesome weddings in  Wilmington,  Raleigh and the rest of North Carolina!  We have a blast with our couples,  and we love the laughs and smiles that we get to share with them and capture for them to cherish forever!

Here’s a little info about who we are.      

I love technology and television and think that DVR was the greatest thing ever created.  Felecia LOVES coffee and bacon.   She is also addicted to The Office and How I Met Your Mother and she watches re-runs all the time! (I’ve got my eye on you Barney Stinson!)

That’s us! We had just finished shooting a wedding!

 We have a three year old son who is crazy cute and funny and makes us laugh

all the time.  He loves  “chocolate milk and Grandma”, possibly in that order!

That’s our little man, we think he is adorable and a pretty good dancer! If you want to learn

was with us (the girls) all day. He got gorgeous shots that I didn’t even know he had taken

of us. They are both very relaxed which helps everyone I think. After the wedding when

we were doing group shots, David kept everybody laughing and smiling which made for

great photos. Do we have lots of “look at me and smile photos”, no, but we didn’t want that

approach to our wedding. We really wanted candid photos that showed everybody with a

real laugh, a real smile, a real tear, a real hug, and that’s EXACTLY what we got! Our families

loved the photos and we couldn’t be happier!
